Together with our development and manufactoring partners, we integrated 3D-printed armored steel parts in several small series of certified armored vehicles. The advantages for our customers are presented in the existing part in the picture above: armored steel, no tooling costs, complexe geometries, small bending radius, integrated overlaps, protected screw threads, local wall-thickness adaption and integrated interfaces to interior or mounting parts. This manufactoring method is especially appropriate for high civil protection levels and military standards. Do not hesitate to contact us in any case of interest or questions!
